Welcome to BeenieWeenieBaby! By purchasing from our shop, accessing our website, or interacting with our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before placing an order.

1. Handmade & Made-to-Order Items

Most BeenieWeenieBaby items are handmade and made-to-order unless otherwise stated as Ready to Ship (RTS).

Because items are handmade:

  • Pattern placement may vary

  • Minor variations may occur

  • Colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings

  • Turnaround times may fluctuate during high-volume launches or holidays

We do our absolute best to accurately represent all products and timelines.

2. Turnaround Time

Current turnaround times are listed on the website, in product listings, or within our VIP group announcements.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the posted turnaround time at checkout.

Turnaround times:

  • Begin after payment is received

  • Do not include weekends or holidays

  • May be extended due to illness, emergencies, shipping delays, or circumstances outside our control

If significant delays occur, updates will be posted whenever possible.

3. Sizing & Fit

Our clothing is designed with comfort, longevity, and cloth-diaper-friendly fits in mind. Because children vary greatly in size and fit preferences, we cannot guarantee exact fit for every child.

4. Custom Orders

Custom and preorder items:

  • Cannot be canceled once fabric has been cut or materials ordered

  • May require longer turnaround times

  • Are final sale unless an error was made on our end

We reserve the right to decline custom requests at our discretion.

6. Product Safety

BeanieWeenieBaby products should always be used with adult supervision.

  • Customers are responsible for:

    • Inspecting items before use

    • Discontinuing use if wear or damage occurs

    • Following safe sleep and clothing guidelines

Items containing snaps, buttons, ties, or other small components may present a choking hazard if damaged.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All photos, graphics, logos, product names, descriptions, and designs created by BeenieWeenieBaby are protected and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Promotions & Discounts

  • Discount codes:

    • Cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

    • Cannot be applied retroactively

    • May exclude certain products or collections

Limited releases, exclusives, and seasonal items may not be restocked.

9. Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or remove access to our community spaces for behavior including:

    • Harassment

    • Hate speech

    • Fraudulent activity

    • Excessive chargebacks or policy abuse

10. Limitation of Liability

  • BeanieWeenieBaby shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products or website.

  • By purchasing from our shop, you agree that use of our products is at your own risk.
