REFUND POLICY

• Refunds may be issued in the case of a defective item if a replacement is not available.

• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

Returns & Exchanges

• All sales are final due to the handmade nature of our items.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or custom/personalized orders. Please double-check our size charts before purchasing.

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
